Young musician and clarinetist Katie Parks accepted a $142,000 scholarship to attend OU where she will continue to master her skills as a clarinetist and pursue a degree in Music Performance. Katie Parks was a proud alumnus of the Weatherford High School band. Katie enjoys painting, singing, acting, traveling and of course, clarinet. (LEARN MORE)
MACKENZIE AUSTIN
Young musician and clarinetist Mackenzie Austin accepted a $150,000 scholarship to attend TCU where she will continue to master her skills as a clarinetist and pursue a degree in Music Performance. Mackenzie hails from Azle, Texas but currently resides in Fort Worth and enjoys new music, health and fitness and is an advocate for animal rights.
